So far my overall experience with TLA have been pretty good. I’ve sent them several mails, and I’ve always got the respond within 24 hours. Until lately.
A week ago, I new link suddenly pop’ed upon on one of my forums. Happy to have a new sale, I logged in to TLA to see my current account balance. To my big surprise, it hadn’t changed since the last time. I gave it a days wait, but nothing changed. I tried sending them a support mail, but no respond. After two days, I sent them another, but I still haven’t goten any respons.
Is TLA leeching free links on my site?
Have anyone else here experienced this with TLA?

I have been using TLA for a while and I have only been experiencing great support. They have always contacted me in less than 24 hours, and they have always paid me on time as well.
