I just got back from my three-day trip to London with my girlfriend. We took this little mini-trip to celebrate that we both got accepted to study at Curtin University of Technology. I got accepted to bachelor of commerce, while she got got accepted to bachlor of architecture. I must say I’m very excited of moving to Australia. After all, it’s pretty much as far as you can get from my home-country, Norway. I’m going down under.
Anyways, the blog has been quite for a while, but of course with a good reason. I’ve been working my ass of working on my latest project, the travel network called “Reisedilla“. Reisedilla is a norwegian word that means “Crazy for travel”, and as you probally guessed, the sites in the network will be in norwegian.
I’ve come to the conclusion of diving the development of the network into the following parts:
- Part #1: Destinations. I’ve currently working on a huge destination system, including lots of information about the various places. Users of the network will be able to upload reviews about the destinations and their attractions/resturants/etc.
- Part #2: Magazine/News. Making an advanced system allowing writters to submit their own travel articles, guides and news.
- Part #3: Estating. Part two includes making a system that allows real estate owners to sell or rent out their estates on the sites, and of course to a very targeted audience. This system will be very complex and included in several other sites I own and coperate with.
- Part #4: Search&book-it. Another very complex system, where usability will be the main function of the search system. This part of the network is still in the hush-hush stadium.
- From here on and out I will just follow the flow.
Have a nice summer everyone.
